Privacy policy

Dorantes Mural Studio uses the details you give us only to reply to you and to plan your wall. We don't sell them.

What we collect

If you use the form: your name, phone, email, the kind of wall and what you write. If you text or message us on WhatsApp: your number and the photos you send.

What we use it for

• Replying to your message
• Drawing the sketch and writing the proposal
• Scheduling the visit and the work

Photos of your wall

The studio sees the photos you send, and we draw the sketch on them. We don't publish them, or the finished wall, without your written permission.

How long we keep them

We keep your sketch, proposal and photos while the job runs and for as long as is reasonable to answer questions afterward. You can ask us to delete them.
